Cleaning concentrate for industrial floors
Ideally suited to the removal of oil and grease-based soiling from paving stones, concrete and other industrial floors. The components penetrate deeply into the pores of the surface and safely bring the penetrated oil and grease up to the surface via a chemical reaction. The loose cement slurry that develops on new floors by abrasion and planing is rapidly stripped away down to the hard, sustainable subsurface.
Tecubrox is used as a pre-treatment for industrial floors prior to floor coating or sealing and as a basic cleaner in order to remove penetrated oils and greases.

How to use
Is diluted in water up to 1:10. Spread over the surface and emulsify the layers of oil and grease with a hard brush or scrubbing brush. Next, suction-clean the surfaces and rinse them with undiluted water using a blaster or a high pressure cleaner. (The cleaning solution which is contaminated with oil/grease is considered to be waste). Prior to a coating, the treated surfaces should be left to dry out for at least 24 hours.
