System cleaning super concentrate for machines and systems

Cleans and disinfects machines and systems. Surface-active substances dissolve oil, grease and other deposits of dirt. Strong biocidal and fungicidal substances destroy bacteria, bacterial colonies, fungus spores and fungal fibres. The complete soiling can then be easily removed through changing the cooling lubricant and/or the system fluid. New infections during the changing of the cooling lubricant or the system fluid are reliably avoided.

Tecool-Clean is used for cleaning and disinfection in cutting machines, cooling lubricant systems, wet scrubbers etc.

How to use

Use in running systems

1-2 % in the cooling lubricant and/or the system approx. 4-8 hours before the planned changeover.

Use as a rinse solution

Diluted in water 5 – 10 %, recirculate for 3-4 hours in the machine and/or in the system.
