EP-additives (high pressure additives) in petroleum oils which are free of aromatic compounds and resistant to aging allow for high metal cutting speeds at a high level of surface quality. Built-up edges are prevented and tool lifespans are clearly Extended.
Non-ferrous metals remain stainless and do not discolour.
Tecut-1500 is used for the cutting work on steel, cast steel, non-ferrous metals and aluminium.

How to use

Ready to use, by flooding, spraying, brushing or dripping.
Viscosity: Approx. 210 mm²/s (at 20° C)

Please note

To prepare a cutting oil paste, slowly add water to Tecut-1500 while stirring.
We therefore recommend not to use Tecut-1500 in a circulatory System.
