Special lubricating oil for non-cutting, cold metal forming
chlorine-free, slow to evaporate, free of aromatic compounds
Synthetic, non-resinifying ester, in combination with oils that are odourless and free of aromatic componds result in extremely good lubrication characteristics for stamping, pressure-forming and bending work on steel, VA-steel, aluminium, brass and/or zinc-plated sheet steel.
Non-ferrous metals remain stainless and do not discolour. The sound wetting effect also has a cleaning effect, so that slight soiling of the material is no problem.
Tecu-Stanz 6 evaporates very slowly, with an evaporation number of approx. 100.
Thin films evaporate with almost no residues so that additional cleaning is no longer required.
